Summer is always a blast, and we feel refreshed, but it’s BACK TO THE GRIND for New York Makers! The change of season is positively imminent, bringing charges of energy and inspiration to our team. We are hard at work on holiday offerings and other projects and partnerships -- be sure to keep a close eye out for exciting announcements!
Just as quickly as the summer stormed our calendars, it’s gone again, and the most prismatic and textured season in the northeast is about to swoop in. The morning and evening air is brisk, calling for long sleeves and cozy socks. The fall is absolutely magical in New York State, and while we are sad to say “so long” to summer, the coming months will keep our senses captivated with colorful leaves, apple pie and cider, split pea soup, pumpkin patches, and corn mazes. Fall doesn’t sound so bad now, does it?!
Fall beauty in the Adirondacks
As I sit here sipping New York roaster Irving Farm’s Guadalupe El Salvador coffee, fresh from its grind, I can’t help but think that so many of us are connected through our morning rituals. Whatever gets us going, everything from reading the newspaper to mediation, are the jumpstarts to the daily grind. It’s important to make it work for you, so the “hustle” is fun and spiritually fulfilling.
