MARKETPLACE ORDERS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Most orders, particularly custom or made-to-order items, are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. If the item is returnable, it will be indicated within the product description.In general, we do not process exchanges, but will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Email us at Marketplace@NewYorkMakers.com.

If your order was damaged during shipment, please send an email to Marketplace@NewYorkMakers.com, and include your order number, product description and a brief explanation of the damage, and we will be in touch.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE; HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

You must manually enter the discount code at checkout when making your purchase. Customers who fail to manually enter the discount code at checkout will not be refunded after ordering.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii automatically incur a $20.00 shipping fee, applied at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can! Before purchasing, inquire about an international shipping rate by emailing Marketplace@NewYorkMakers.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The delivery time of your order varies by product and is noted on each product’s page. Many items will get to your door within one business week. Made-to-order and customized items may require several weeks. Again, please refer to the individual product page for the best information. Have a question? Email us at Marketplace@NewYorkMakers.com.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER; WHAT DO I DO?

Each product ships directly from its Maker. If you purchased products from multiple Makers, some may arrive before others. Fear not, they will be en route to you according to the timeline listed on the product's page. We will notify you whenever a product ships. If your product doesn't arrive within its delivery window, shoot us an email at Marketplace@NewYorkMakers.com.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES?

We do! You can scoop one up here, available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, or $100.

IS THERE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

Most products are subject to sales tax if shipped to an address within New York State, with the exception of some accessories and most food. Food gift sets are generally subject to taxes.

HOW DO I SEE MY ORDER HISTORY?

To see your order history, please log in to your account and go to “Order History” to see all of your past orders.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

DO YOU HAVE BRICK-AND-MORTAR LOCATIONS?

Our e-commerce Marketplace and digital Magazine exist online, although we produce pop up shops often. We currently have a pop up shop in the Catskills in Mountaindale, NY at Forage & Gather, 81 Main Street. Our Silda's Jam can be found at locations throughout the state here.
