It’s prime asparagus season in the Northeast! There are many ways you can eat asparagus, as well as many reasons why you should. And so here is our recipe of the month — a healthy side that pairs nicely with main courses at Memorial Day Weekend barbecues (and other celebratory events this month!)
Follow these instructions:
Step 1. Infuse olive oil with red pepper flakes and garlic. Marinate asparagus in this mixture.
Step 2. Place asparagus on hot grill. Sprinkle with hand-harvested North Fork Sea Salt.

Step 3. Turn asparagus frequently. Grill to liking.
