This tabletop clock is handmade using materials salvaged from a 1900's Tudor house located in South Queens. The clock's slate face comes directly from the home's rooftop, and the clock's red-brown wood base is a former structural stud. This is a piece that will withstand the tests of time.

Clock face is made of black/dark grey, hand-cut slate, reclaimed in Queens, and measures 5.375" x 6.75". Brass clock hands. Douglas fir clock base measures 3.5" x 1.2" x 2.5". Sealed with a non-VOC matte water-based sealant. To clean: Wipe the slate and base with a lint-free, damp cloth. To maintain the slate: Rub a small amount of olive oil onto the surface, let sit 1 hour, wipe off excess with a lint-free cloth. To maintain the wood base: Rub a small amount of linseed or tung oil onto the surface. (Care instructions included.)
