About Isabel's Kitchen
NYC-based Isabel Tonelli, of Isabel's Kitchen, believes in the power of food to heal and prevent disease.
Born and raised in Argentina, she found her calling of designing and producing cleanses — including gourmet plant-based meals, in addition to juices and tonics — in New York City where she studied food therapy with field pioneer Dr. Annemarie Colbin. After meeting many people struggling with symptoms that were preventing them from living their lives to fullest potential, she earned her culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts and embarked on offering her anti-inflammatory plant-based cleanses and healthful food choices.
Isabel uses organic, locally-sourced produce as much as possible to create her gourmet selections in small batches. With every bite, you'll be in a "wellness" state of mind.
