Gold Rush Kit

Makes 5 Cocktails.

The Gold Rush is a delicious contemporary classic cocktail made with Bourbon, Honey Syrup, and Lemon Juice. Included in this Gold Rush kit are one 4 oz bottle each of our Honey Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice. When paired with spirits, this kit makes 5-6 cocktails.

To make 1 cocktail
- 2 oz Bourbon (we used Woodford Reserve)
- .75 oz Cheeky Honey Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice

Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Leave without a garnish, or garnish with a Lemon Wheel or Twist if desired.

To Make 1 Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz Bourbon
- Full 4 oz bottle Honey Syrup
- Full 4 oz bottle 100% Lemon Juice

Add Bourbon to a 32 oz Ball Jar, then add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice, or simply pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as above.
