This deliciously fun and crunchy salt fermented scape pickle is crafted with all New York grown scapes and a special combination of tasty spices. It contains no vinegar, no added water, and no cucumber! All the benefits of raw Garlic bulbs, but less effusive! The scape pickle is a crowd favorite, akin to a (local) caper. It is great on mashed potatoes, eggs, salads, pierogies, tacos, bagels, pizza, cheese, dinner, breakfast, lunch, and the list goes on!
