Tom Collins Kit

Makes 5 Cocktails.

The Tom Collins is an Old-School Classic of Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and your favorite Gin topped with Soda Water. It’s light and dazzling with refreshing bubbles. Included in this Tom Collins kit are one 4 oz bottle each of our Simple Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice. When paired with spirits, this kit makes 5-6 cocktails.

To make 1 cocktail
- 2 oz Gin
- .75 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- Soda Water

Add ingredients (except the Soda Water) to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice and top with Soda Water. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.

To Make 1 Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz Gin
- Full 4 oz bottle Cheeky Simple Syrup
- Full 4 oz bottle Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice

Add Gin to a 32 oz Ball Jar, then add syrup, juice and soda. Stir. Add ice, or simply pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as above.
