Handmade ceramic match striker featuring a map of the Ashokan Reservoir. Strike anywhere matches included. The bottom of the piece features an area of bare, rough-textured clay, on which matches can be struck. Can be cleaned with brush if striking-area gets caked with match residue. This piece was made from a porcelain clay-body, and fired in an electric pottery kiln to cone 6 (approximately 2245 degrees F).
